Andale amigos! Get ready to unleash your chihuahua’s inner speed demon at our paw-some chihuahua race at Dog Bar! Join us on Sunday, May 7th from 1-6pm for an afternoon of tail-wagging fun and furry competition. Watch as our four-legged athletes race to the finish line, while enjoying some delicious drinks and paw-some snacks. Don’t fur-get to bring your own furry friend to join in on the fun! We guarantee it will be a bark-tastic event that you won’t want to miss! This year we are partnering again with Limbo Chihuahuas – Chihuahua Rescue & Skyway Dachshund Rescue, Inc.! Join us for an afternoon of fun while we raise funds for these awesome rescues! Taco Junkie Food Truck will be here with all the tacos and your favorite bartenders will be serving up margaritas & cervezas to keep you cool and hydrated!

We will have 4 categories to race in: Chihuahuas & Chi mixes, Dachshunds & mixes as well as Mixed Breed under 30lbs.
Make sure to sign your pup up online at Chihuahua de Mayo Sign Ups there is a $5 race entry fee per dog if you pre-register or $10 race fee if you sign up the day of the race.

There will be a costume contest, raffle prizes, DJ Shannon C, Jell-O shots and plenty more! Let’s see those sombreros and chi chi’s!!
